We were introduced to croquet some years ago on our lawn at 'Orangewood'. It was such a hit with the family and friends that we decided a set of our own became an absolute necessity. We soon found that Australian made sets were unavailable, and quality imports were hard to find. We now make our own range of quality handcrafted sets and have a variety of imported sets available as well. 

Croquet Orangewood sets and a range of individual items are now available by mail delivery throughout Australia and with the aid of the internet, internationally. Through innovation and development we now also make tennis court hoops and our highly popular indoor croquet - Puck Croquet. 

Our Aim for croquet

To introduce this diabolical and fun game to the lawns of families and friends everywhere. Homes, Schools, Clubs, Bed and Breakfasts, Country Clubs, Conference Centers, Retirement Villages, parks, indoors and out. We also encourage social players to take up the challenges at the club level.

All that is needed is a croquet set, a reasonably level section of lawn (as little as 12m x15m even with the odd tree), some good company and some appropriate refreshments to relax and enjoy the game.

What is Puck Croquet?

This exciting innovation/invention provides a whole new range of opportunities to play croquet. This puck is similar in principal to the hockey puck. It is a 'ball' that slides. The plate hoops sit on and grip the carpet. Croquet and roquet shots work superbly and 4m x 6m or less space is all that is needed. Play it no matter what the weather or time of day.
Use the pucks on syngrass or carpet with our plate hoops. On wooden floors use masking tape or stickers to define the hoops and peg. Uses are only limited by the imagination. Use any standard or our lightweight mallets.

Tennis Court Croquet Hoops

Synthetic grass surfaces such as tennis courts, putting greens, bowling greens can now be used for croquet too, with our unique croquet hoops based on the puck croquet design so that balls can also be used.
